Questions about corporate portrait sessions in Cape Town
Do I need to come to the studio, or can you come to us?
Both. The studio at the Saltcircle Building in Woodstock is set up for individual and small group sessions. For team shoots of three or more people, I bring a full mobile studio to your office or preferred location anywhere across the Cape Town metro.
How long does a team shoot take?
Each person takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes in front of the camera. For a team of 10, expect around two hours including setup, briefing, and buffer time between subjects. Larger teams are quoted with a full-day rate.
Can we match headshots taken at different times?
Yes. I keep a record of the lighting setup, background, and processing style used for each team, so new starters and replacement headshots can be matched to the existing set.
What should people wear?
Business or business casual, consistent with how the company is represented publicly. Avoid very fine stripes, busy patterns, and logos. A brief note to staff before the day is usually sufficient.
How quickly will we receive the images?
Edited images are delivered within three working days as standard. Same-day or next-day turnaround is available on request for event-driven deadlines.
