Event photography is quoted against the brief rather than sold off a rate card, because what moves the cost is the shape of the event: how many hours of coverage, whether a second photographer is needed, how quickly the comms team needs images, and whether live social drops or video run alongside. Coverage typically captures keynote moments, panels, audience and networking candids, branded backdrop and step-and-repeat shots, and the behind-the-scenes detail your communications team can use across the campaign. Edited images are delivered within two working days as standard, with live social drops available during the event as a paid add-on. Send the programme through and you will have a written quote the same working day.

Individual headshots are R 2,300 all-in for an Individual Studio Session, up to an hour with coaching and tethered live review, and six retouched images included. Additional images are R 300 each, or four for R 1,000. Team headshots are quoted per team: what moves the cost is headcount, whether the team comes to the Woodstock studio or the mobile studio comes to your offices, and whether it runs across one day or several. Groups of one to four book individual sessions rather than team rates. Two retouched images per person are included. Personal branding sessions are quoted against scope, from a two-hour Signature Brand Session through a half-day Complete Branding Collection to a full-day Executive Brand Day with a stylist and hair and makeup artist. Quote requests are answered the same working day on weekdays. Most sessions can be booked one to two weeks ahead, with longer notice recommended for board-portrait days, conferences, and gala events. Edited images are delivered within two working days as standard, with same-day or next-day turnaround available as a paid add-on; rates vary by session type and are set out on the pricing page.
