What corporate clients ask first
How much does event photography cost, and what does coverage include?
Event coverage starts at R 5,400 for a two-hour highlight session, with half day at R 9,600, essential full day at R 14,500, and comprehensive full day at R 19,200. Coverage typically captures keynote moments, panels, audience and networking candids, branded backdrop and step-and-repeat shots, and the behind-the-scenes detail your communications team can use across the campaign. Edited images are delivered within two working days as standard, with rush or same-day turnaround on selected images available for press use at an additional fee.
How much do headshots, team portraits, and personal branding sessions cost?
Individual headshots start at R 1,950 (single image) or R 2,750 (three images, 45 minutes). Studio team headshots are R 1,250 per person for groups of one to four, and R 750 per person from five people upward. On-site team shoots are R 4,500 base plus R 750 per person, minimum three people. Personal branding sessions start at R 4,950 for a 90-minute studio session, with location and half-day options up to R 9,500. Full pricing is on the pricing page.
How quickly can I book a shoot, and how soon are images delivered?
Quote requests are answered within 2 hours on weekdays. Most sessions can be booked one to two weeks ahead, with longer notice recommended for board-portrait days, conferences, and gala events. Edited images are delivered within two working days as standard, with rush or same-day turnaround available at an additional fee.
Where in Cape Town do you work?
From the studio in Woodstock and across the full Cape Town metro, including the CBD, V&A Waterfront, Green Point, Newlands, Claremont, and the Southern Suburbs, plus Stellenbosch, Somerset West, and the broader Winelands. The mobile studio means a boardroom, office, conference venue, or hotel can become a proper photography setup in under an hour.
Are you B-BBEE certified for procurement?
Yes. Jürgen’s Photography is a B-BBEE Level 4 EME with 100% procurement recognition, meaning listed companies and other large procurers can claim full spend with us. Compliance documents and the affidavit are available on request.
Do you have a studio, or do you come to us?
Both. The studio at the Saltcircle Building in Woodstock is set up for executive headshots and personal branding sessions. For larger team shoots, conferences, and corporate events, I bring a full mobile studio to your office, venue, or chosen location anywhere across the metro.
