Yes. The lighting setup, background specification, and processing style are recorded after every team session and stored on file. When a new team member joins, a top-up session can be arranged for a single person or a small group (minimum one person for studio sessions, minimum three people for on-site mobile sessions). Turnaround for top-up sessions is the same two working days. For teams photographed more than two years ago, a brief test frame is shot and compared before committing the new starter to the full set, to account for any equipment or setup drift.

Consistency of attire is as important as consistency of lighting. Business or business casual, aligned with how the company presents externally. A brief note to staff before the shoot day covers it. Avoid fine stripes, busy patterns, and prominent logos, which create visual noise against a clean background.

A reshoot is arranged at no charge if the result does not reflect what was agreed at the start of the shoot day. In practice, every subject reviews their images on screen before leaving, so significant surprises are rare. If a staff member was unwell on the day, or if the brief changed after the session, a complimentary top-up session can be arranged at the next available studio date.

Images are delivered as JPEG files at full resolution (minimum 3,000 pixels on the long edge), suitable for websites, annual reports, and print. A web-optimised version (1,200 pixels, sRGB) is included alongside the full-resolution file. Each team member's images are organised in their own named folder, with a master folder provided for the marketing or HR team. Files are delivered via a private download link within two working days. TIFF files are available on request. Next-morning delivery is available at 15% of the session total where a deadline requires it.
