On-site rate includes a R4,500 setup fee plus R750 per person photographed. Volume rates apply to groups of 15 or more. On-site headshots can also be added to any event photography booking.

Commercial photography is scoped and quoted per project. Every commercial brief is different: the deliverables, shoot complexity, number of locations, usage rights required, and post-production scope all influence the final investment.

Are there any additional costs beyond the listed rates?
The rates shown are all-inclusive for shoots and events within Cape Town. Travel to locations outside Cape Town, including Johannesburg, other South African cities, and international assignments, is quoted separately. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for standard editing and delivery.
Can I book more than one service for the same day?
Yes. Many clients combine event photography with on-site headshots or personal branding sessions on the same day. Combined bookings are quoted on request and typically offer better value than booking separately. Contact us to discuss.
What is your payment and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due on or before the day of the shoot or event. Cancellations with less than five working days' notice forfeit the deposit.
Do you travel outside Cape Town?
Yes. We cover events and shoots in Johannesburg, the Winelands, and other South African cities. Travel and accommodation costs are quoted separately based on the location and duration of the assignment.
How far in advance should I book?
For Cape Town events during peak conference season (February to April and August to October), we recommend confirming your booking at least four to six weeks in advance. For shoots and quieter periods, two to three weeks is usually sufficient. Contact us to check current availability.
Is there a B-BBEE certificate available?
Yes. Jürgen's Photography is a B-BBEE Level 4 contributor (EME) with 100% procurement recognition. A current certificate is available on request.
