You’ll receive your final high-resolution digital images via a secure, private online gallery – perfect for your marketing, PR, internal use, and sharing with attendees – typically within 5 business days.

Yes, absolutely. While based in Cape Town, I regularly cover corporate events throughout the Western Cape and am available to travel across South Africa. Standard travel costs may apply for events located outside the immediate Cape Town metropolitan area. Please get in touch with your venue details for a specific travel quote if required.
Our standard delivery time for the fully edited, high-resolution online gallery is typically 5 working days following your event. We understand that sometimes you need images faster for press releases or social media. Expedited options, including our Same-Day Social Media Pack, are available – please mention your deadline requirements when booking.
For corporate events, the delivered high-resolution images include standard commercial usage rights. This allows your organisation to use the photos for your marketing, public relations, website content, social media channels, internal communications, reports, and archival purposes. The licence typically excludes selling the images directly or transferring the copyright to third parties (full details are outlined in our service agreement).
