A short wardrobe brief lands in your inbox two days before the day, so you know exactly what to wear and what to avoid.

Your 20-minute session
Arrive for your slot at the Woodstock studio. On-set coaching covers posture, expression, and positioning, most people forget to be nervous within the first two minutes.

Gallery within two working days

It works like a private studio session in every way that matters (professional lighting, on-set coaching, a proper proof gallery) but the price is lower because the studio setup and the day are shared across 14 people rather than booked separately.
What do I get for R 1,750?
A 20-minute studio session, two retouched images at senior-executive standard, LinkedIn-optimised crop variants of both images, a wardrobe brief sent 48 hours before the day, and an online proof gallery within two working days of your session. Booked individually this comes to R 3,250, so the seat price is a genuine saving, not a stripped-down version.
Where and when is it?
Headshot Days run through the month at the Jürgen's Photography studio, Saltcircle Building, 19 Kent Street, Woodstock, Cape Town. Street parking is available. Send a brief and the available dates come back the same working day, with your exact time slot confirmed when you book. If none of them suit, an individual studio session runs any working day.
Can I add extra retouched images?
Yes. At booking you can add two extra retouched images for R 700 (normally R 800). If you decide you want more after seeing your gallery, additional images are R 300 each.
What is the payment and reschedule policy?
Seats are paid in full at booking and confirmed once payment clears, this keeps the day running to schedule for everyone. One free reschedule to the next Headshot Day is included. No refunds within 7 days of the event.
Booking for a team of four or more?
Reply to the booking confirmation or send a brief through the contact form. At four or more seats for one company, an on-site team session at your offices usually works out better value, and a proper quote can be put together for you.
