The studio at the Saltcircle Building, Woodstock is set up and ready when you arrive. On-set direction covers posture, expression, and positioning. Images are reviewed on a large screen as we work. No guessing about what you will receive.

Before you leave, we review the selects together and you confirm the images for retouching. You see exactly what is going to be delivered.

Delivery
Retouched JPEG files at full resolution (minimum 3,000 px) and web-optimised (1,200 px, sRGB), delivered via private download link within three working days. TIFF files available on request.

How do I receive my images?
Images are delivered as JPEG files at full resolution (minimum 3,000 pixels on the long edge), suitable for annual reports, press releases, websites, and print. A web-optimised version (1,200 pixels, sRGB) is included for immediate online use. Files are individually named and delivered via a private download link within three working days. TIFF files are available on request.
Can I request specific retouching?
Standard retouching is included: skin smoothing, blemish removal, and light cleanup. Specific requests are noted during or after the session and applied as part of the standard delivery.
Can you deliver images faster if I have a deadline?
Yes. Next-morning delivery is available at an additional R 500, and same-day delivery is available at an additional R 1,000. Rush delivery must be confirmed at the time of booking or requested directly by emailing jurgen@jurgen.co.za as soon as the deadline is known.
Can I come to the studio on my own, without a booking from my employer?
Yes. Individual sessions are open to anyone. You can book directly via Cal.com on this page, through the contact form, or by emailing jurgen@jurgen.co.za. Many clients book their own sessions independently of their company, particularly executives, consultants, and professionals updating their LinkedIn or press image.
What if I am not happy with the result?
A reshoot is included at no additional cost if the images are not right. The session must have been completed as booked and the brief must not have changed significantly after the shoot. Contact Jürgen directly at jurgen@jurgen.co.za to arrange it.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. Use the reschedule link in your Cal.com confirmation email to move the booking to a new date. If you are rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, or if you need help with the link, email jurgen@jurgen.co.za directly and a new time will be arranged.
