Four things move a corporate photography quote in Cape Town. Knowing which ones apply to you makes the schedule below far easier to read.
How many people
Team sessions are priced per person against a minimum booking, not a base fee plus extras. Photographing more of the team raises the total but never the per-person rate, so there is no threshold that rewards splitting a group across two days. See team headshots in Cape Town.
Studio or your offices
A session at the Woodstock studio costs less per person than a full mobile studio set up in your boardroom, because the lighting is already built and nothing travels. Travel itself is included across Cape Town, the Winelands, Helderberg, and the West Coast. See professional headshots in Cape Town.
How many finished images
An individual studio session includes six fully retouched images. Team sessions include two per person. The frame count on the day is not the variable, the retouching is. Additional finished images are R 300 each, or four for R 1,000, chosen by you on screen before you leave.
When you need them
Two working days is standard on every service and carries no premium. Next-morning and same-day delivery are available as a percentage of the session total, so a small session and a large rollout are never charged the same rush fee. Half day and full day share the same hourly basis; the Full Day adds the two-hour preview gallery and the pre-event creative call, which the Half Day does not include. Additional hours, live social drops, and multi-day events and conference series are all scoped per engagement and quoted against the programme.
Incentive travel programmes. Multi-day reward programmes for destination management companies and incentive houses are quoted as a single engagement rather than per package, covering arrival through to the gala finale. Travel between venues in the metro and the Winelands is built in, and any regional leg such as a safari or Victoria Falls extension is itemised up front. Need images faster?
Standard delivery is two working days for all services. Rush options are available when a launch, press release, or event deadline requires faster turnaround. Rush fees scale with the size of the job, so a small session and a large rollout are never charged the same.

- Is the price I see the price I pay?
- Yes. Every service is quoted as a written figure you approve before anything is confirmed, and what you approve is what you pay. Individual studio and LinkedIn sessions are the exception: those two are fixed rates published on this page. Everything else is quoted against your brief because the things that move the cost, headcount, location, timing, and scope, vary too much between jobs for a rate card to be honest. Travel across Cape Town, the Winelands, Helderberg, and West Coast is included in every quote.
- How does pricing work for team headshots?
- Team headshots are quoted per team rather than sold off a rate card. What moves the cost is the shape of the job: how many people, whether they come to the Woodstock studio or the mobile studio comes to your offices, and whether it runs across one day or several. The per-person cost falls as the team grows. Groups of one to four book individual sessions rather than team rates. Two retouched images per person are included as standard. Send the headcount and your preferred location and a written quote comes back the same working day, showing the total and the per-person figure.
- Why is on-site more per person than the studio?
- An on-site shoot means transporting the full mobile studio to your offices, setting up lighting and a backdrop in a space I do not control, and breaking it all down afterwards. The studio session costs less per person, because the lighting there is already built and nothing travels. Against that, nobody on your team loses travel time when the studio comes to your offices instead.
- Is travel within Cape Town included in the price?
- Cape Town, the Winelands, the Helderberg, and the West Coast are all included at no additional charge.
