In-session selection, payment, then download
A 50% deposit holds the session date. You select your keepers with me on screen during the session, so the approval happens before you leave the studio. Retouching follows within three working days. Once the final invoice is paid, your images become available on a private download link. If the result does not match what was briefed at the start of the shoot, it gets resolved before the final invoice is sent.
What this means in practice
- The result does not reflect what was agreed at the start of the shoot day. No-charge reshoot in the studio within 60 days.
- A single image needs to be reworked in retouching to match the brief. One re-edit included per session, no charge.
- The three-working-day retouching clock slips for any reason on the photography side. The delivery fee on the invoice is waived.

How long is the session and what is the turnaround?
The Complete Branding Collection runs as a half-day shoot. The Signature Brand is two hours across studio and location. The Studio Branding Session is 90 minutes in the Woodstock studio. What if I have not been in front of a camera in years?
Most personal branding clients come in feeling rusty. The first ten minutes of the session are spent on posture, expression, and how to hold a hand without looking like a politician. Where does the shoot happen?
The Woodstock studio at the Saltcircle Building, 19 Kent Street, for the indoor portion. The on-location portion takes place at a Cape Town location of your choice. Good options include the city bowl, the V&A Waterfront, Kirstenbosch, Sea Point promenade, the Company's Garden, coffee shop environments, or architecture that matches your professional context. On-location is included in the Signature and Complete tiers. The Studio session is studio only. Specific preferences are discussed in the pre-session brief.
What do I do with the images once they arrive?
The brief drives the shot list, so the deliverables are ready-to-use rather than a stack of similar headshots. LinkedIn profile and banner crops, website "about" page hero, speaker bio square crops, pitch deck founder slide, podcast guest one-sheets, press kit images, and email signature crops. The Complete tier includes three short-form behind-the-scenes reels you can publish directly to LinkedIn and Instagram.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Every subject reviews their images on screen before leaving the session and selects the keepers with me on the spot. There is no separate proof gallery to approve later, so significant surprises do not survive the day. Retouching follows within three working days. Once the final invoice is paid, images become available on a private download link. If something in the final delivery does not match what was briefed at the start of the shoot, a no-charge reshoot is arranged in the studio within 60 days.
