The LinkedIn session is R 1,750 all-in, covering 25 minutes in the studio, one look, coaching, and tethered live review. Two retouched images are included, each delivered as a full-resolution file, a web-optimised file, and a LinkedIn-ready crop. Additional retouched images are R 300 each, or four for R 1,000, and you select them on screen at the end of the session. If you need a longer session, several looks, or more images, the Individual Studio Session is R 2,300 all-in with an hour in the studio and six retouched images included.

The LinkedIn session runs 25 minutes and covers one look. It is deliberately tight, because a LinkedIn profile photo needs one strong frame rather than a range. If you want an hour, several looks, and six retouched images, book the R 2,300 Individual Studio Session instead. Most LinkedIn-focused clients select one or two images and the session takes around thirty minutes from sitting down to confirming selects.

The studio is at the Saltcircle Building, 19 Kent Street, Woodstock, Cape Town. It is easily accessible from the CBD, the Southern Suburbs, and the V&A Waterfront. Street parking is available on Kent Street.

Business or business casual, consistent with how you present yourself professionally. Avoid fine stripes, busy patterns, and large logos. A plain, well-fitted top in a neutral or brand-aligned colour works well. Bring a second option if you are unsure. For LinkedIn specifically, solid colours read clearly at thumbnail size. A wardrobe and preparation PDF arrives 48 hours before your session.

Pick a date directly from the session options above and the slot is held straight away, at R 1,750 all-in. A 50% deposit request follows to confirm it, with the balance before delivery. Images are delivered as JPEG files at full resolution (minimum 3,000 pixels on the long edge), suitable for websites, press releases, and print. A web-optimised version (1,200 pixels, sRGB) is included for immediate online use. Files are individually named and delivered via a private download link within two working days of payment. Rush delivery is available at R 500.

Team headshots are a natural next step. If you find yourself thinking that everyone on your team needs to update their profiles, the on-site mobile studio can come to your office. On site, R 9,200 covers the mobile studio, travel and a team up to fifteen people. In studio, R 4,750 covers a team up to ten. Beyond those the rate drops per person as the team grows.
