What to expect from your LinkedIn headshot session in Cape Town
Most people feel self-conscious in front of a camera. That is the starting point for every session. The studio is set up before you arrive, so the session itself is focused entirely on you.
On-set direction covers posture, expression, and positioning. Images are reviewed on a large screen as we work, so you see adjustments in real time. You leave knowing exactly what the final selection looks like.
Every session includes a reshoot commitment. If the result genuinely does not reflect what was discussed and agreed at the start, a reshoot is arranged at no charge. You see the images on screen before the session ends.

The Professional Essential session runs approximately 20 minutes. The Executive Standard session runs 45 minutes and includes time for multiple looks and a brief review of selects before you leave. Both sessions are designed to fit into a working day without disruption.
Where is the studio?
The studio is at the Saltcircle Building, 19 Kent Street, Woodstock, Cape Town. It is easily accessible from the CBD, the Southern Suburbs, and the V&A Waterfront. Street parking is available on Kent Street.
What should I wear?
Business or business casual, consistent with how you present yourself professionally. Avoid fine stripes, busy patterns, and large logos. A plain, well-fitted top in a neutral or brand-aligned colour works well. Bring a second option if you are unsure. For LinkedIn specifically, solid colours read clearly at thumbnail size.
Can I book directly, or do I need to request a quote first?
Both options are available. Use the "Book a session" button to pick a date and time directly, or use "Get a quote" if you have questions about the session first. Individual sessions are available within one to two weeks in most cases.
How do I receive my images?
Images are delivered as JPEG files at full resolution (minimum 3,000 pixels on the long edge), suitable for websites, press releases, and print. A web-optimised version (1,200 pixels, sRGB) is included for immediate online use. Files are individually named and delivered via a private download link within two working days. TIFF files are available on request. Next-morning delivery is available at +R 500.
What if I need headshots for my whole team, not just myself?
Team headshots are a natural next step. If you find yourself thinking that everyone on your team needs to update their profiles, the on-site mobile studio can come to your office. The cost starts at R 750 per person for groups of five or more.
