The session is structured to produce an image that works at every scale, from an online listing thumbnail to a printed for-sale board to a full-size banner at an agency expo. Expression, framing, and lighting are all calibrated with those specific uses in mind.

Team sessions
Headshots for the whole agency
Most agency bookings cover the full team, with every agent photographed in a single session with a consistent look. On-site sessions bring the mobile studio to your offices or showroom. In-studio team sessions are available at the Woodstock studio for smaller groups. Each agent receives two retouched images as standard, delivered within two working days.

What to expect
Cape Town estate agent headshots: what to expect at the studio
The studio is set up before you arrive. Sessions run up to one hour, with no fixed clock. There is time to get settled, review a few frames, and make adjustments before you leave. On-set direction covers posture, expression, and framing.
Images are reviewed on a large screen as we work. You see exactly what the final selection will look like before you leave. There are no surprises at delivery.
For agencies booking multiple agents on the same day, sessions run back-to-back with a consistent setup. The result is a cohesive team profile that looks like it was planned, because it was.

What should an estate agent wear for their headshot?
Smart business casual or business attire consistent with how you present yourself to clients. Well-fitted, professional clothing in neutral or brand-aligned colours works best: navy, charcoal, white, grey, and muted tones all photograph well. Avoid fine stripes, which create moiré on screen, and large visible logos. If your agency has brand colours, bring a second option in a neutral so you have both.
Can you photograph our whole agency on-site?
Yes. On-site team sessions bring the mobile studio to your offices or showroom. Setup takes approximately 20 minutes and sessions run back-to-back at 10 to 15 minutes per person. All agents receive consistent, professional images from the same session. Cost is R 4,500 base fee plus R 750 per person for teams of up to 14, with the base fee waived for groups of 15 to 30 at R 750 per person.

The studio is at the Saltcircle Building, 19 Kent Street, Woodstock, Cape Town. Accessible from the CBD, Atlantic Seaboard, and Southern Suburbs. Street parking is available on Kent Street.
How quickly can I get my images?
Standard delivery is within two working days of payment. Rush delivery is available at R 500, with final images by the following morning. For urgent requirements such as a new listing that needs an updated agent profile immediately, contact Jürgen directly to confirm availability.
How does the pricing work?
A R 1,500 session fee confirms your booking and covers the studio, equipment, coaching, and tethered live review. Each retouched image you select is then charged at R 400, including full retouching, full-resolution and web-optimised files, and a LinkedIn-ready crop variant. You pay only for the images you take.
What format are the images delivered in?
Full-resolution JPEG files (minimum 3,000 pixels on the long edge) suitable for print, agency websites, listing sites, and for-sale boards. A web-optimised version (1,200 px, sRGB) is included for immediate online use. Files are delivered via a private download link.
My existing headshot is a few years old. Do I need to update it?
If you have changed your look significantly, or your current photo is more than three to four years old, a new headshot is worth the investment. Buyers and sellers compare agents online before making contact. A dated or informal photo is a disadvantage at that stage. Studio sessions run up to one hour.
