On-site sessions bring the full mobile studio to your offices. In-studio team sessions are available at the Woodstock studio for smaller groups. Each team member receives two retouched images as standard, delivered within two working days.

What to expect
Financial services headshots in Cape Town: what to expect at the studio
The studio is set up before you arrive. On-set direction covers posture, expression, and positioning, the things that are not obvious unless you photograph people professionally. Most financial professionals are not used to being on the other side of the camera. The session is structured to get you comfortable quickly.
Images are reviewed on a large screen as we work, so you see exactly what the final selection will look like before you leave. Adjustments happen in real time. You do not receive the images and then discover a problem.
Every session includes a reshoot commitment. If the result does not reflect what was discussed at the time of booking, a reshoot is arranged at no charge.

The studio is at the Saltcircle Building, 19 Kent Street, Woodstock, Cape Town. Accessible from the CBD and Southern Suburbs. Street parking is generally available on Kent Street.
How long does a session take?
The Professional Essential session runs approximately 20 minutes. The Executive Standard session runs 45 minutes and includes time for multiple looks. Both sessions are designed to fit into a working day without disrupting your schedule.
Can you do headshots for our whole advisory team on-site?
Yes. On-site team sessions bring the full mobile studio to your office. A boardroom corner is all that is needed. The cost is R 4,500 base fee plus R 750 per person for teams of up to 15, and R 550 per person for teams of 16 to 30. Every team member receives two retouched images as standard.
