Most financial services bookings are for teams rather than individuals: advisory teams, executive committees, and fund management groups. On-site sessions bring the full mobile studio to your offices. In-studio team sessions are available at the Woodstock studio for smaller groups. Each team member receives two retouched images as standard, delivered within two working days.

What to expect
Financial services headshots in Cape Town: what to expect at the studio
The studio is set up before you arrive. On-set direction covers posture, expression, and positioning, the things that are not obvious unless you photograph people professionally. Most financial professionals are not used to being on the other side of the camera. The session is structured to get you comfortable quickly.
Images are reviewed on a large screen as we work, so you see exactly what the final selection will look like before you leave. Adjustments happen in real time. You do not receive the images and then discover a problem.
Every session includes a reshoot commitment. If the result does not reflect what was discussed at the time of booking, a reshoot is arranged at no charge.

Where is the studio?
The studio is at the Saltcircle Building, 19 Kent Street, Woodstock, Cape Town. Accessible from the CBD and Southern Suburbs. Street parking is generally available on Kent Street.
How long does a session take?
Studio sessions run up to one hour. There is no fixed clock. The session ends when you have the images you need. Sessions are designed to fit into a working day without disrupting your schedule.
How does the pricing work?
The Individual Studio Session is R 2,300 all-in, covering up to an hour in the studio, coaching, tethered live review, and two retouched images, each with full retouching, full-resolution and web-optimised files, and a LinkedIn-ready crop. Additional retouched images are R 400 each. You select your images on screen at the end of the session.
Can you do headshots for our whole advisory team on-site?
Yes. On-site team sessions bring the full mobile studio to your office. A boardroom corner is all that is needed. The cost is R 950 per person with a R 9,500 minimum booking on site, or R 750 per person in studio with a R 5,000 minimum. Every team member receives two retouched images as standard.

JPEG files at full resolution (minimum 3,000 pixels) suitable for print, websites, and press releases, plus a web-optimised version (1,200 px, sRGB) for immediate online use. Delivered via a private download link within two working days of payment. TIFF files available on request. Rush delivery is available: next-morning at 15% (minimum R 500), same-day at 30% (minimum R 1,000).
