Team sessions
Headshots for the whole firm
Most law firm bookings cover multiple attorneys: associates, senior associates, and partners photographed in a single session. On-site sessions bring the full mobile studio to your offices, keeping disruption to a minimum. In-studio team sessions are available at the Woodstock studio for smaller groups. Each team member receives two retouched images as standard, delivered within two working days.

What to expect

Legal professionals are not typically comfortable in front of a camera. The session is designed around that starting point. Setup is complete before you arrive, so the time in the studio is focused entirely on the images.
On-set direction covers posture, expression, and positioning. Images are reviewed on a large screen in real time so adjustments are immediate. You leave knowing exactly what the final selection looks like. There are no surprises at delivery.
For firms booking multiple attorneys, sessions run back-to-back with a consistent setup so the full team looks cohesive. On-site sessions at your offices are available for teams of three or more.

Can you photograph our entire firm on-site?
Yes. On-site team sessions bring the full mobile studio to your offices. A boardroom corner or reception area wall space is sufficient. Setup takes approximately 20 minutes and the session is minimally disruptive to the rest of the firm. Cost is R 4,500 base fee plus R 750 per person for teams of up to 14, with the base fee waived for groups of 15 to 30 at R 750 per person.

The studio is at the Saltcircle Building, 19 Kent Street, Woodstock, Cape Town. Accessible from the CBD, the Legal District, and most Cape Town suburbs. Street parking is available on Kent Street.
How quickly can sessions be booked?
Individual sessions are generally available within one to two weeks. For firm-wide on-site sessions, two to three weeks is typical depending on the size of the group and preferred scheduling. Contact Jürgen directly to confirm availability for urgent requirements.
How are the images delivered?
JPEG files at full resolution (minimum 3,000 pixels) for print, websites, and press use, plus a web-optimised version (1,200 px, sRGB) for immediate online use. Delivered via a private download link within two working days of payment. TIFF files are available on request. Rush delivery at R 500.
How does the pricing work?
A R 1,500 session fee confirms your booking and covers the studio, equipment, coaching, and tethered live review. Each retouched image you select is then charged at R 400, including full retouching, full-resolution and web-optimised files, and a LinkedIn-ready crop variant. You pay only for the images you take.
