A headshot session at the Woodstock studio runs up to one hour. On-set direction covers expression, posture, and positioning. Images are reviewed on a large screen as the session progresses, so you see the result before you leave. You confirm your selects on screen before leaving the chair. You select your images on screen at the end of the session. Each includes professional retouching, full-resolution and web-optimised files, and a LinkedIn-ready crop variant. You pay only for the images you select.
Final retouched images in your inbox by the following morning. Charged on the image invoice.
Standard delivery is within two working days of payment of the image invoice. Unused images are deleted at the end of the session.

Send a brief via the contact form or WhatsApp. You will receive a quote the same working day confirming the R 1,500 session fee and the R 400 per-image rate. Pay the session fee to confirm your booking.

The studio at the Saltcircle Building, Woodstock is set up and ready when you arrive. On-set direction covers expression, posture, and positioning throughout. Images are reviewed on a large screen as the session progresses.

Before you leave, you review the selects on screen and confirm which images go to retouching. You see exactly what will be delivered.

Delivery
Retouched JPEG files at full resolution (minimum 3,000 px) and web-optimised (1,200 px, sRGB), sent via private download link within two working days.

How long does a headshot session take?
Sessions run up to one hour. There is no fixed clock. The session ends when you have the images you need. Most clients take between thirty and forty-five minutes from sitting down to confirming their selects on screen. The Woodstock studio is set up and ready when you arrive. There is no setup time on your end.
Where is the studio?
The studio is at the Saltcircle Building, 19 Kent Street, Woodstock, Cape Town. It is accessible from the CBD, the Southern Suburbs, and the V&A Waterfront. Street parking is available on Kent Street.
What should I wear?
Business or business casual, consistent with how you present yourself professionally. Avoid fine stripes, busy patterns, and large logos. A plain, well-fitted top in a neutral or brand-aligned colour reads well. Bring a second option if you are unsure. The session has time to try both.
How are the images delivered?
Images are delivered as JPEG files at full resolution (minimum 3,000 pixels on the long edge), suitable for print, press, and presentations. A web-optimised version at 1,200 pixels is included for immediate online use. Files are individually named and sent via a private download link within two working days of payment of the image invoice. Next-morning delivery is available at +R 500.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all sessions are booked in advance. Individual bookings are typically available within one to two weeks. If you need a session at short notice, send a message and I will check availability directly.
What if I need headshots for my whole team?
Team headshots use a different session format, with on-site and in-studio options. The mobile studio can come to your office for groups of five or more. Pricing starts at R 750 per person for groups of five or more.
