Year-end functions vary widely: a cocktail evening for 40 at the V&A Waterfront, a sit-down dinner for 200 in the Winelands, a hybrid format with awards and entertainment at one of the larger Century City venues. What they share is that someone in the business spent months organising them, and the photos are the record that outlasts the evening.
Coverage starts before the event starts. Arrival, décor, and the room before guests fill it. It ends when the programme ends. In between: the people, the speeches, the moments between the formal moments, and the details worth keeping.
Edited images are delivered within two working days. For events where the social post needs to go out that night, a live social drops arrangement can be set up in advance.

What is the difference between a year-end function and a gala dinner?
A year-end function is any end-of-year occasion a company holds for staff, clients, or both. It may be a seated gala dinner, a cocktail evening, a braai, or a hybrid format. The gala dinner page covers formal sit-down events with a full evening programme. If your year-end event is a cocktail function or something less formal, the corporate event photography packages on this page are the right fit.
Do you cover events on weekends?
Yes. Year-end functions and staff events often fall on a Friday or Saturday evening. Weekend bookings are available and quoted on the same basis as weekday events.
How quickly are photos delivered?
Edited images are delivered within two working days as standard. For events where photos are needed the same evening or the next morning, a live social drops arrangement can be set up in advance.
Do I need a full-day booking for a cocktail function?
No. The 2-hour package (R 6,000) is designed for shorter occasions: cocktail functions, award presentations, and short corporate events under two hours. If the event runs longer, the full-day rate applies.
Can you add executive headshots or speaker portraits to a booking?
Yes. Speaker portraits or executive headshots can be photographed during a break or before the programme begins and delivered with the event images.
